About the building
Santa Pola Apartments is a brand-new, purpose-built block of ten modern two-bedroom holiday apartments on Calle Hellín, right by the seaside in the centre of Santa Pola. Gran Playa beach — 4 km of fine sand and crystal-clear water — is just 50 m away, and Alicante Airport is only a 15-minute drive. Every apartment is fully air-conditioned and fully equipped, with free Wi-Fi, a TV and a complete kitchen; the building has a lift and free private parking.
The highlight is the spacious rooftop terrace, reserved for guests: a heated swimming pool (with a resistance device for swimming exercise), sunbeds and a view over the sea and Gran Playa beach. There is even room for a morning yoga session.
Cleaning is available on request, and a children's bed can be added on request. The whole building is non-smoking. A supermarket (Masymas) is a few minutes' walk away, and on-site help during your stay is at Gran Playa Real Estate, about a minute away.
