About Zonbook
Zonbook is an online booking platform for short-term tourist accommodation in Spain. Guests search published listings, see live availability and a full price in euros, and book directly with the host — without going through a large travel agency in between.
What Zonbook does
Zonbook provides an online intermediation service: it publishes listings for short-term tourist accommodation, lets you search and book them, and handles payment and communication between guest and host. Zonbook does not own, let, operate or manage any of the accommodation listed. The accommodation contract is formed directly between the guest and the host of the unit booked, and the host is the party that provides the stay.
Where the properties are
Published stays are concentrated in two regions: the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante — Benidorm, Finestrat, Gran Alacant and the surrounding towns — and Tenerife in the Canary Islands, principally Adeje and Costa Adeje. Every town with bookable units has its own page, reachable from the destinations list.
How booking works
Prices are shown per night in euros, with the full breakdown — including any cleaning fee and taxes — visible before you pay. Depending on the unit, a booking is either confirmed instantly or sent to the host as a request. The cancellation terms that apply to your dates are shown before payment, not after.
Who operates Zonbook
Zonbook is an online platform operated from Santa Pola (Alicante, Spain). The operator's legal details, and the full legal terms including the operator's obligations and yours, are set out in the Legal notice and the Terms & Conditions.
Languages
The site is published in English, Spanish and Russian. Each page exists at its own address in all three languages, and the language switcher keeps you on the page you were reading.
Contact
The contact form is the fastest route to the team. For anything relating to an existing booking, include the booking reference so it can be answered in one pass.
