Apartment terrace overlooking the pool and the Atlantic in Playa de las Américas

Las Américas

Playa de las Américas Apartments

Walk to Troya, Bobo and Las Vistas — the beach is across the road.

Apartments on the busy, walkable stretch between Playa de las Américas and Costa Adeje, where Troya, Bobo and Las Vistas beaches sit two to five minutes from the front door. Ocean-view terraces, rooftop sun loungers, pools, and the promenade, Siam Park and Siam Mall all on foot.

Playa de las Américas and the Costa Adeje strip that runs into it are the part of Tenerife built for walking. One flat promenade links a run of sheltered, golden-sand beaches — Troya, Bobo, Las Vistas — and behind it sit the low-rise complexes where most of the island's self-catering apartments are. You can land at Tenerife South, be on a terrace in half an hour, and not touch a car again all week.

The apartments here are chosen for that walk. Each is a few hundred metres from sand, most have a sea-view terrace or a rooftop with sun loungers, and several have a pool. Supermarkets, the promenade restaurants, Siam Park and Siam Mall are all on foot, and the TITSA bus along the coast reaches Los Cristianos, the Los Gigantes cliffs and the road up to Teide from the same stops.

It is a good base in every month of the year — this coast sits around 21–23 °C through January — and an unusually good one from December to March, when northern Europe comes looking for sun. Book direct and there is no booking-site service fee on top.
