Question 1

How do bookings work?

Accepted Answer

Listings can be instant book, inquiry-only, or both. Check the badge on each stay: instant means you can confirm dates right away when available; inquiry sends a request to the host for approval before payment.

Question 2

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

You pay securely by card through Stripe. For request-to-book stays the charge is only made once the host confirms, and some hosts also accept bank transfer at checkout. You'll receive a receipt by email.

Question 3

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Open Bookings from your account, choose the reservation, and use the options shown there. Cancellation rules follow each listing’s policy and timing windows.

Question 4

What is the difference between instant book and inquiry?

Accepted Answer

Instant book confirms immediately when the calendar is open. Inquiry sends your dates and message to the host; they accept or decline before you complete payment.

Question 5

When can I leave a review?

Accepted Answer

After a completed stay, you’ll be prompted to rate and describe your experience. Reviews help other guests and hosts build trust on the platform.

Question 6

How do I reset my password or secure my account?

Accepted Answer

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. For anything unusual on your account, reach out through customer support so we can help quickly.
