Two bedrooms have a queen and a double bed with comfortable mattresses, the children's room has a bunk bed, and there is a wide sofa in the spacious living room — up to 6 guests, with 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, freezer and all the dishes, plus a drinking-water filter. Washing machine in the apartment. Smart 55" TV with Netflix, 300 Mbps fibre internet with a 5G Wi-Fi router and a dedicated workspace. Bed linen and towels are provided; a crib and a high chair are available on request. Ceiling and portable fans, safe, room-darkening shades, window guards and beach essentials.

The complex has a 25-metre pool and a children's pool with free sun loungers, a tennis court and parking on level -1 (extra fee). It is just 2 minutes from the San Eugenio shopping centre, a Mercadona supermarket, bars, cafés and restaurants with live music. The beaches — La Pinta (sheltered, good for children), Torviscas and Fañabé (Blue Flag) — are a 6–8 minute walk; two water parks and the Las Américas casino are within walking distance. The hosts live nearby.

Please note: the building is reached by two flights of stairs, and the lift is old and occasionally out of service.
