Comfortable one-bedroom apartment for 2 (+1) on the 4th floor, in a quiet residential complex in San Eugenio (Las Américas), Costa Adeje — a 6-minute walk from excellent beaches, with stunning views over the sea and the mountains.

The highlight is the sunny 40 m² terrace with a table, chairs and sunbeds, plus a balcony — perfect for meals, relaxing and sunbathing. The bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable mattress and a wardrobe; the large living room has a sofa bed and the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery. Air conditioning and heating, washing machine, Wi-Fi on the hosts' own fibre line, Spanish and satellite TV with English channels. Bed linen and towels are provided; a baby cot and a high chair are available.

The complex has a 25-metre pool and a children's pool with free sun loungers, a tennis court and parking on level -1 (extra fee). It is just 2 minutes from the San Eugenio shopping centre, a Mercadona supermarket, bars, cafés and restaurants with live music. The beaches — La Pinta, Torviscas and Fañabé (Blue Flag) — are a 6–8 minute walk; two water parks and the Las Américas casino are within walking distance. The hosts live nearby.

Please note: the building is reached by stairs, and the lift is old and sometimes out of service — please don't book if you can't manage the stairs to the 4th floor.
