Cookies policy
This page explains how Zonbook uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them.
Necessary cookies
These keep you signed in, remember your locale, and protect actions like checkout from cross-site request forgery. They cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies
When you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can turn this off at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Session recordings and heatmaps
When you accept session recordings, we use our own self-hosted Umami to capture a sampled, masked recording of how you move through a page — clicks, scrolls and navigation — and to build aggregate heatmaps. Text and form fields are masked before anything leaves your browser. On the public marketplace, recordings run only on public pages: never on sign-in, your account, bookings, checkout, check-in, messages or payments. In the host portal, which only signed-in hosts and their team can reach, recordings cover the pages used to set up and manage listings — never the pages that display other people's details: reservations, bookings, stays, check-ins, messages, calendar, reviews, payouts and your team. Recordings are kept for 30 days. You can turn this off at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
How to change your decision
Open "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page. Your decision is stored for one year and shared across the booking site and the host portal.
